This club includes three bottles of our customer-favorite signature blends and is shipped two times per year – in spring and late fall. The Fall 2023 wine selection includes the following bottles:

• 2022 Artist Point - Our newest artist point is maybe my favorite rendition to date. You will be the first to try this vintage of the blend, which we bottled only a few months ago and which is not yet in our tasting room. This year's Artist Point is lighter, and smoother, and the oak profile is subtle and fruity. 
• 2022 Cut Face Rosé - A new wine, new label, and a new technique - this is our first Saingeé. Saingeé means "to bleed," which is exactly what we did to our co-fermentation of Merlot and Zinfandel after only two days of maceration on the skins - creating two separate wine lots, one darker and one lighter. This is the lighter of the two, and it is truly a delicious dark rosé. We first sent this wine to our premium club members this spring, and it has since been a favorite in our tasting room all summer long. 
• 2021 Boundary Waters Red - It just wouldn't been the signature club without one of our signature wines! Our boundary waters red is one of our favorite reds, made in the style of an Italian lunch wine, this red is light, easy to drink, smooth, and fruit-forward. The perfect wine to serve at your holiday gatherings!

This club includes three bottles of premium wine shipped two times per year – spring and late fall. The Fall 2023 will contain:

• 2022 Marquette - We haven't sent out a bottle of our Marquette to the club since we released our first vintage in 2020. While Minnesota wines are not everyone's favorite we want to put this young Minnesota wine into your hands so you can watch the evolution of how we work with the grapes in this state. 

• 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon - The 2020 Cabernet was probably my favorite wine we have ever made. The 2021 is still young, and could use time in the bottle but has many of the same flavors I remember from the 2020 when it was at this stage. In other words... drink the other wines in this box first!

• 2021 Merlot - Normally we release our Merlot after only 12 or 18 months in barrels, as we did with our 2021 vintage, but we also gave a little more time to only a few select barrels. The result is this second bottling of the 2021 Merlot which has been in French and American oak for the last 24 months and was only recently bottled. Soft tannins, robust fruit flavors, and a beautifully subtle peppery taste will deliver everything you want in a wine when you open this bottle. Not yet available in the tasting room.

Members of this club will enjoy three ciders fresh from our tanks to your door each spring and fall. This shipment will typically include two of our original ciders such as the Herbie's, Razzzzz, Kim's, or Porchin, plus a seasonal blend such as the Charlies, Muse Joose, or Vintners Glog. Always stay caught up with the Sawtooth Mountain Cider House by adding this to your biannual wine club shipments, or signing up for your first club!

• Muse Joose - Our tart, off-dry cider made with Crab Apples and table apples. We often sell out of this one pretty quickly because fans of this unique blend can't get enough.

• Herbie's - The most enjoyed cider in our lineup, Herbie's is fermented to dry before we back-sweeten it with a small amount of local maple syrup.

• Kim's Blend: While none of our ciders are truly "sweet," none of them are as dry as Kim's Blend. Made with a blend of apples from Pinetree Apple Orchard, and nothing else, this is a pure, European-style cider.

• Caribou Sparkling - This dry sparkling wine is made with a blend of Minnesota and California grapes, and is great in your glass for a holiday celebration, or in your mimosa the next morning! 
• Boundary Waters Rosé - Our signature rose is a great wine to serve to guests, the perfect introduction to a party or bottle to share with a friend.
• For a bonus third bottle, you will receive our Vive Les Joyeux: a bottle of our pre-mixed mulled wine to warm up or enjoy chilled during your holiday festivities.
