Bevin Foley Live at the Winery

Bevin Foley is the recipient of the 2018 Big Water Songwriting residency presented by Trampled by Turtles, Overland Artworks and Kah-Nee-Tah Gallery. Bevin is fiddle player, vocalist, and songwriter for the Colorado bluegrass band Trout Steak Revival. 

The band has received numerous accolades over the past several years, including first place in the Telluride Bluegrass Band Competition, an Emmy award for a soundtrack contributed to a Rocky Mountain PBS series, and selection as Official Showcase Artist at IBMA, Americana Music Fest, and Folk Alliance.   

Bevin’s classical violin background led her to attend Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver where she studied violin and viola. After earning a B.A. in Music, exposure to bluegrass, folk, old-time,  and Texas swing styles in Denver’s vibrant live music scene led Bevin to become a professional musician. When she is not touring with her band, Bevin spends her time teaching violin, hiking, and gardening.
