On a vineyard tour a few years back, one of our growers pointed out a few rows of beautiful Dolcetto vines that he was planning to rip out because the flavor from the eucalyptus trees a few hundred feet away was somehow making its way into the wines those grapes produced. Our founding winemaker, Chuck Corliss, purchased some of those grapes that year to see what the vineyard manager meant, and when the wines were done fermenting he called and reserved that block of Dolcetto in perpetuity. Grab a bottle to see what you think of this unique wine.
