Hari Kari is a bold blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Petite Sirah aged in oak barrels for eight months. We borrowed a barrel from our friends at Wild Country Maple Syrup they brought back to Lutsen from Four Roses Distillery in Kentucky.

We then filled the barrel with Hari Kari and let it age to absorb the delicious flavors the bourbon infused wood transferred to the wine giving it a beautiful mellow oak undertone.
