After blending merlot and petite sirah to make our delicious Hari Kari. We transfer the wine to Bourbon Barrels for additional aging, creating a subtle bourbon flavor.
Blended with the staff from Lutsen Resort, this wine was made to accompany any reservation in the main lodge. A portion of each sale will go to support our local fire station.
