This year we are releasing a sparkling wine blended with whites from a few vintages. Here at the winery, we love the grape Briana, but we have had a hard time sourcing the grape - in this blend we used the last high-quality Briana (2020) that we had in the tank, blended with 2022 Chenin Blanc, and Riesling.
This wine is a spin-off of our Temperance Wine. We use the same grapes to make a wine that is slightly less sweet than the temperance, but we then sweeten it with natural peach flavor.
French Colombard is a grape used a lot in the past and is part of the Chenin Blanc family. We have combined this white wine with apple wine made with Regent apples to give the wine a slightly sweet flavor.
