Viognier was among the first grapes North Shore Winery ever ordered. Since then we have consistently used this variety as a favorite in blending due to the crisp peachy flavors and distinctly floral notes it can bring to a blend. We decided to give Viognier a bottle of its own and let you try something that has previously only been enjoyed by our winemaking staff.
