Whole-cluster syrah
Our Syrah clearly stands on its own as a full-bodied, red wine to enjoy with food. Our winemaker decided to create a whole-cluster Syrah, a wine rarely made. The whole-cluster process includes the vines and stems in the fermentation process adding a wonderful flavor to the wine.

This is our very favorite and go to red wine! We also love the Petite Syrah and others, but this is our favorite. We feel it fits for any occasion and meal... even fish and sea food... okay, okay, I know purests want white with fish and seafood, but we have been red wine people.... ummm until Boundary Waters white. This is still our overall favorite!! We buy it by the case. You should, too :)
