New name - same great taste!

A hybrid variety from our very own University of Minnesota!

This wine is a spin-off of our Temperance Wine. We use the same grapes to make a wine that is slightly less sweet than the temperance, but we then sweeten it with natural peach flavor. 

A customer favorite that we release in small batches every year or two. 

French Colombard is a grape used a lot in the past and is part of the Chenin Blanc family. We have combined this white wine with apple wine made with Regent apples to give the wine a slightly sweet flavor.
